Biennial, Lupinis albicaulis, Purple / blue. The flowers are produced in dense or open whorls on an erect spike, with soft green to grey-green leaves. Also commonly referred to as Pine Lupine. Very fragrant. Attracts birds and butterflies. Deer resistant. If it is given too much shade it won’t grow well. Reseeds easily. Sow in the Spring, after the last average frost , 1/2" deep and 18" - 24" apart. Germination Time: 15-70 Days. Sun/partial shade.
