The English daisy folds up its petals at night and opens them again at dawn. Blooms from early spring until late autumn. Good cut flower. Herbal use: Tea is used as a gentle laxative; also for stomach and intestinal problems. Helps heal inflamed swellings and burns. Plant them in beds, containers or along borders. It makes a good ground cover. Sow in spring or fall. Full sun.
