Perennial Mix, Aquilegia vulgaris, Produces large, showy blooms of single and bicolor patterns of red, blue and violet, pink, or white flowers above lacy scalloped blue-green foliage. Known for their dainty flowers of many colors, usually with the petals extending backward to form hollow tubes called spurs. Deer resistant. Attracts butterflies. Excellent cut flower. Good in flowerbeds, containers, as edging, and in rock gardens. Sow seeds in the spring, and cover with 1/8" soil. Space seeds or seedlings 16-18" apart. Full sun to partial shade.
