Blackberry Lily

Perennial, Belamcanda Freckle Face, The flower has red to black speckled gold blossoms 2" in diameter. The leaves are often grouped together into the shape of a fan. This plant has the leaves of an iris, the flowers of a lily, and a fruit that resembles a blackberry. After the flower has bloomed, shiny black seed clusters that resemble blackberries appear. Sow 1 seed per inch directly in the garden about 1/8" to 1/4" deep in the spring after the last frost. Easy to grow. Full sun.
